Hello everyone and welcome, I am Katya Giardi born in the Republic of San Marino.
I have taken up again after many years, pencils, pastels and now acrylics, experimenting with mixed techniques and transferring them onto canvas and paper.Abstract art conquers me, it makes me feel good deep down because it leaves great freedom to the viewer.
Painting with bright and vivid colours is a process of extreme freedom. I have rediscovered my passion to which I give space and now in abstract art I want to give colour more flexibility.
Whoever looks at my paintings must have a visual experience of/total freedom of interpretation.
Through imagination the viewer will look for something that excites him, free of codes.
